Steven James Martin (Hodgin)

steven james martin (HODGIN) sadly passed away in Alderhey Hospital on the 11.11.2003 Aged 5 n half months steven spent most of his life in hospital he had two weeks at home with his family. steven was born with a rare heart condition an were'nt diagnosed till he was 4 days old then he was operated on an then was on I.C.U. till he was 6 weeks old then he got moved on to a ward an was gettin better. When steven was 11 weeks old he was diagnosed with CF ( CYSTIC FIBROIS) He became really really ill and was rushed to I.C.U (Intensive Care). We was then told that our steven was'nt gonna live very long 1 week later our little princes life was gettin even shorter. Then are little fighter battled threw thick an thin unexpectively he was gettin better we built all hopes up an thought are little star was gonna live he never give up our boy was so strong.He was so happy we always got a big smile in the morning we used to spike up is little hair an call im are solider. As we thought things were gettin better they became twice as worse when are little man couldnt fight know more later on things got really bad seein are baby suffer was so hard. He fighted an fighted till he couldnt fight no more,the doctors came an told us are baby only had days them days turned to hours an them hours turned to minutes on the 11th november are steven peacefully free from all pain passed away.We love you an miss you until we meet again always thinkin of you. Our son Steven was the best thing that happend to us we would sit an laugh at his amazin smile even though it would only last a while . we would take him round the hospital in his pram. people would peep in his pram an see his beautiful big brown eyes an tell how gorgeous he is an how lucky we are to have a beautiful baby like him.
